Conquer – I will overcome all my fears, and take action to progress. I will be the real ME of ME
Redeem – I will redeem my business and personal goals, and take ownership of my actions
Reflection – I will reflect in the mirror to make sure I am going in the right direction
Response – I will respond to consumers – I will recognize change and adversity to make proper adjustments
Turn new challenges into opportunities
Social Media has brought on some new and interesting challenges for us all. Many Hotels and Small businesses still have questions related to Social Media that we will help them with answering. And new questions will also arise.
This will be the year we focus on how to build consumer loyalty and brand equity with Social Media. Your product and service will become Social products and services.
The challenge will be to think outside the traditional areas, and make sure you don’t miss the opportunity when it appears right in front of you.
