This is where you start share your Hotel knowledge, and show case yourself as an expert in your market segment.

Start asking Questions
Either you ask for advice or suggest ideas LinkedIn Answers aims to enable this online. LinkedIn Answer allows you to broadcast your business-related questions to both your network and the greater LinkedIn network. The premise is that you will get more high-value responses from the people in your network than more open forums.
*Note* LinkedIn has limit of 10 questions per month.
For example, here are some questions an entrepreneur might ask when the associates of a venture capital firm come up blank:
a. “Which Hotels in Washington DC can host a meeting for 1000 people on 07/04/20xx?”
b. “What advices would you give if I were looking to implement iPads in my Hotel Marketing Strategy?”
c. “Is outsourcing of Hotel Service an alternative solution to cut costs?”
d. “Empowerment and Crowd sourcing implemented with Social Media is new elements in our strategy to attract new markets segments. Your thoughts?”
Categorize and keep track of your questions
Make sure you provide the proper category for your questions. You will also have the option to specify the relationship for your question.
When you have specified where your question belong, you want to start track the effectiveness of it.
With LinkedIn Question you have two options; you can make your questions public or private.
Public questions will show up on the Open Questions page.
They will also appear in your profile, and there will be sent a note to all your connections. A public question can also be delivered as a message to 200 of your connections.
These questions will also show up in LinkedIn Search engine results.
Your public message can be open up to 7 days, but can be reopened after it is closed.
A private question can not be closed. And goes directly to the inbox as a private message to selected connections. Will not show in search engine results.
Look for questions from your network
LinkedIn question has one great feature when questions is closed – it can be rated. I advice you to take time to rate your friends answer, and send them a note thanking them for their engagement and valuable response.
A list of your friends that provided the best responses in a given category will be show cased. This is a great way to be recognized as an expert in your niche.
