Social Touch Points

I just came back from Customer Centric Strategies for Travel 2011 which was put together by eyefortravel.

In an upcoming article I will cover some of the Social CRM (Consumer Relationship Management) trends I see that will make an huge impact for Hotels and Small Businesses.

I captured several ideas from this event that I will start share with you.

One great idea was to capture your consumers Touch Points while they experience your product or service.

For a Hotel there is several Social Touch Points. One of the greatest touch points is Story Telling.

Give your consumers tools and incentives that makes it easy for them to Share their stories with their friends and family.
